Our Philosophy
In a warm, safe and supportive environment healing can take place. We work through core beliefs and emotions to promote inner peace and positive change. We utilize psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioral therapy, relations and attachment theory, mindfulness based therapy, and person centered therapy, meditation, hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming . We work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression and other mood disorders as well as life transitions, addiction, trauma, and those struggling as caretakers. Together we can work toward change to promote positive outcomes and break down old destructive behaviors.
