Samantha Levin

Hello, my name is Sam, and I’m here to support you as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and figure out what you need. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and work through challenges without judgment.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing tools you can use in everyday life.

My approach is strengths-based and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We’ll build on the strengths you already have while developing skills to manage emotions, cope with challenges, and feel more confident in yourself.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable with matters. I hope to create a space where you can show up as you are and work toward the changes you want to make.
